The primary discharge gate was closed.There was no debris that was blocking the <br /> emergency spillway's open channel spillway.The hillside spring water treatment pond was discharging at about <br /> 10 gpm.The discharge was orange in color and has been shown to be in compliance.The water level in this <br /> treatment pond was about 8 inches below the horizontal pipe. <br /> The collection ditch leading into the sediment pond had sufficient capacity.
