As mentioned previously, the Army Corps of Engineers has indicated potential <br />impacts to Colorado Pikeminnow and razorback sucker... <br />Response: A "may affect not likely to adversely affect" determination was made by <br />SME staff for the Biological Assessment conducted as part of the Section 404 <br />permitting process for the Colorado pikeminnow and razorback sucker as well as the <br />bald eagle. The potential affects to fish species are related to the water depletions <br />associated with the anticipated increase in evapotranspiration.
