As required by Rule 1.6.5 (2), please submit the proof of publication of the public <br />notice circulated in the local newspaper... <br />Response: Proof of public notice is provided as Attachment A. There are no land <br />owners within 200 feet of the affected lands other than the operator. <br />Rule 6.2.
