The locations of the pads are in accordance with plan, <br /> based on visual observation and the use of maps and a Trimble GPS unit. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03: <br /> The roads between Sediment Pond 2 and the B Pit and between the B Pit and the Dugout Pond were observed <br /> during the inspection and found to be stable and well graded. The ditches were functioning, and no compliance <br /> issues were identified. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> Much of the site was viewed from a vehicle as well as from standing on top of Topsand Pile A-3. Due to recent <br /> rain,the reclamation grasses and other plants were very green for July.
