Box 68 <br />Empire, Colorado 80438 <br />RE: Climax Molybdenum; Red Mountain Exploration Drilling; File No. P- 2011 -014 <br />NOI Application Adequacy Review •� <br />Dear Mr. Katz: <br />On June 29, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received Notice of Intent <br />(N01) to Conduct Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock /Metal Mines applications from Climax <br />Molybdenum, File No. P- 2011 -014. The Division reviewed the NOI for adequacy. Please address the <br />following items: <br />1. The Applicant has stated verbally that all information regarding the Red Mountain Exploration Drilling <br />project is non - confidential. Please confirm this statement and provide a signed letter on company <br />letterhead to this affect as evidence that all information pertaining to this NOI is non - confidential. <br />2. Please provide an estimate of the amount of material to be extracted, moved or proposed to be <br />moved on Page 3, Section III, Item #9 of the application forms. <br />3. The Division prepared a reclamation cost estimate for the Red Mountain Exploration Drilling project <br />based on the information provided by the Applicant in the NOI. The Division estimates the total cost to <br />reclaim the site is $71,000.00. A copy of the estimate is enclosed for your review.
