Previous bond release inspection had been conducted in conjunction <br />with SL11 occurred on July 20, 2009. Due to concerns with noxious weeds on the site, the operator conducted <br />weed control and a follow -up inspection was conducted on August 24, 2009, The operator was instructed to <br />conduct additional weed control measures and vegetation sampling after the August 24, 2009 inspection. The <br />operator implemented weed control measures in 2010, and conducted vegetation sampling in 2010 to document <br />the effectiveness of weed control measures. A second follow -up inspection was scheduled for September 15, 2010, <br />however, due to the lateness of the growing season, the September 2010 follow -up inspection was postponed until <br />June 21, 2011.
