As previously outlined in our permit submittals the USF S <br />access road is currently not in our permit area and we will be using this access to move equipment onto the Mayday <br />Idaho mine complex until our access road is approved for use. It is clear the USFS will not approve their easement for <br />mining or as a secondary access road therefore the USFS road is not included in the permit area. The USFS has indicated <br />that Wildcat will be able to move equipment onto the site to conduct DRMS approved corrective action and site <br />activities while our temporary use permit is in effect. At this point in time the only entities approved to use the access <br />road includes Wildcat approved representatives and DRMS. <br />If there are any questions on our proposed activities, please send me a note.
