Also, please confirm the cost to operate the pump will be the <br />same as the cost at the Kurtz site. <br />Pump design and infrastructure will be equal to or greater than that provided for the <br />Kurtz operation. Pump manufacturer and completed facilities may be provided to the <br />OMLR at the time of the first Annual Report to affirm this statement as assurance <br />regarding pump quality, consistency of discharge infrastructure and operating practices, <br />and unit electric costs. Finally, your financial warranty determination of 21 June 2011, <br />sent 27 June 2011, in the amount of $127,208.22, is agreed to. <br />6.5 Geotechnical Stability Exhibit <br />2. The Division has reviewed the Applicant's response to the Division's Slope Stability <br />Analysis dated June 11, 2011.
