June 21,2011 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine JHB <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3 <br /> Section 16 reclamation is greening up. Several browner areas remain immediately south of the east pit in the <br /> Section 16 area.This area appears to correlate to the 16D topsoil stockpile footprint. Due to the late spring,these <br /> brown spots may just be delayed in spring re-growth,but warrant on-the-ground verification during the Division's <br /> next regular inspection.
