Harry Ranney of CDRMS took the aerial <br /> images June 21, 2011. Images are not correlated to altitude and are intended for observation,not mapping <br /> purposes. The images were reviewed by Janet Binns of CDRMS on June 30, 2011. <br /> The mine is an active surface mine. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> []Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2;Highwall Elimination <br /> 4.14.1(2)(f); Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Backfill with end dump haul trucks continues in the West pit area located west of topsoil stockpile J10. <br /> The east side of the West Pit still continues to be backfilled to final configuration. <br /> Regraded slopes west of the Gulch A pond appear to have significant gullying on the eastern side of the slope <br /> (photo DSC_3619). CCC will need to implement repairs on significant gullies in 2011 construction season. <br /> The eastern extent of the East pit highwall remains exposed and not yet backfilled.
