The site is dry. Vegetation is very dry. No noxious weeds were noted. <br /> Several of the tree seedlings were showing signs of stress,browning of needles. Other than the dry conditions, no <br /> concerns were noted in this area. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.0311❑Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)0❑Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)0[]Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6)❑El Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The mine access road was traversed on foot. The road and ditches are in good condition. The grader on site has a <br /> flat right-front tire. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> As noted earlier in the report, vegetation throughout the mine site and load out is extremely dry. No noxious <br /> .weeds were observed on either the mine site or load out. <br /> OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES -Rule 4.04, 4.28: <br /> The load out site west of Florence has appropriate signage. Gates are closed on both east side and west side of the <br /> county road. No damage has been inflicted on the berms on the boundaries of the permit area. The fence on the <br /> west boundary remains intact. No new trash has been deposited on the property. The Load out vegetation is very <br /> dry. <br /> DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: During inspection of the records, George Patterson of Energy Fuels provided <br /> copies of the Second Quarter 2011 sediment pond inspection reports.
