A CAT D -10 dozer and a skid steer loader were used to process the material. <br />G) Miscellaneous <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />III) Underground Workings <br />A) Drilling/Excavation <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />B) Mine Shaft /Stope Remediation <br />Remediation of Underground Workings #3006/ #3007 continued with the placement of the <br />cemented rock fill portion of the plug. Approximately 330 yards of approved cemented rock fill <br />was placed in the working above the previously placed concrete portion of the plug. Cemented <br />rock fill placement was observed constantly by an AMEC field representative. <br />Remediation of Underground Workings #3009/ #3010 began grading the area to allow for geogrid <br />placement. It was discovered during excavation in the area that 4 to 11 feet of cut was necessary in <br />the area to achieve the proper grade. Remediation was paused and cut began in the area using a <br />CAT D9 dozer and a CAT D8 dozer. <br />C) Lateral/Slot Remediation <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />IV) Storm Water Management Structures <br />A) Control Structures <br />No work was performed during the week. <br />B) Best Management Practices <br />Best Management Practices are being observed throughout the Phase 5 VLF Project.
