The application was received on 9 March 2011 <br />and deemed complete on 21 March 2011. Pursuant to Rule 2.08.5(3)(f) the application <br />must have been submitted no later than 12 April 2011. The RN -06 application was <br />received before the required date so, pursuant to Rule 2.08.5(1), Coal Ridge has retained <br />the right to successive renewal. The Division has reviewed the RN -06 application and <br />the approved permit application package and has the following questions and comments. <br />Responses to the following adequacy questions will need to be submitted in the form of a <br />Minor Revision or Technical Revision, as appropriate. <br />Rule 2.03.4 — Identification of Interests <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />1. Permit Section 2.2 — Identification of Interests, contains the names and addresses <br />of the mine operator, the resident agent, surface landowners, subsurface <br />landowners and contiguous surface landowners. Some of this information, <br />including the address of the resident agent, is out of date. Please review the <br />identification of interests information contained in permit Section 2.2 and <br />update the information as necessary. Please update Figure 2.1 -1— Surface <br />Ownership Map and Figure 2.4 -1— Subsurface Ownership Map as <br />necessary. <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta E. Permit Section 2.6, on page 2 -8, is outdated and states that the current permit term <br />for the Coal Ridge Mine ends on 9 October 2006.
