Training and filling of sand bags was <br />performed 6/6/2011 through 6/8/2011. Geomembrane installation resumed Thursday (6/9/2011). <br />CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES and PROGRESS: <br />I) EARTHWORKS <br />A) Subgrade Preparation <br />1) VLF <br />Subgrade acceptance was not performed during the week. Previous subgrade acceptance is <br />shown on Figure 1. <br />B) Slope Contouring <br />1) VLF <br />Slope contouring performed between stations J0 +00 ( + / -) and J12+00 ( + / -), approximately 600 <br />feet left of centerline to 300 feet right of centerline and between stations H0 +00 ( + / -) and <br />HI 1 +00 ( + / -), approximately 100 feet left of centerline to 400 feet right of centerline using two <br />CAT D -6 LGP dozers and two CAT D -8 dozers. The subgrade surface was moisture <br />conditioned using a tandem -axle water truck (when necessary) and compacted with at least 4- <br />passes using a CAT 563 vibratory smooth drum compactor. <br />C) Cut to Fill <br />1) VLF <br />No work performed during the week. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 06.11.2011 <br />
