The embankment had White <br /> top on it in previous years,but it appears that the operator's spraying has been successful. <br /> SUBSIDENCE—Rule 4.20: <br /> There was no evidence of subsidence over the portal areas. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> King I—There was no activity at King I other than ongoing demolition work and mine staff at the <br /> bathhouse. <br /> King II—No problems were evident at the four portals. Coal was being trucked off-site during the inspection. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> King I—The mine W. sign was properly displayed at the mine entrance from County Road 120. Affected <br /> area("Permit Area")markers are properly displayed around the surface facilities area. <br /> King II—A mine W. sign was on display at the mine's entrance on County Road 120.
