M- 1982 -036 <br />The gravel from this operation is used at Peabody Sage Creek operations for road construction and road <br />maintenance. During this reporting period (June 1, 2010 to June 1, 2011), 13,800 tons of gravel were <br />produced (removed from the site). <br />Z Location and Number ofAcres Affected During this Reporting Period. <br />The attached Mesa Gravel Pit 2010 -11 Annual Reclamation Map shows the status of mining and <br />reclamation activities as of June 1, 2011. <br />There was no additional surface disturbance during the 2010 -11 reporting period. <br />2.
