All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M- 1976 -051 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $46,475.00 exceeds the $35,000.00 Financial Warranty currently held. <br />Please submit additional bond in the amount of $ 11,475.00.
