As coal has been added to the ST-5 coal stockpile over the past few months, the pile <br />has gradually filled to the fan location. The concrete wall is intended to protect the fan from <br />potential damage from the coal stockpile. <br />The three 1' thick fan protection walls will be constructed on a 1' thick reinforced concrete floor/ <br />footer. Eleven yards of reinforced concrete will be required for this project.
