Response:
Please see the support letter from Mineral County stating that they have reviewed the Plan of
Operation and are in support of this activity and access.
Exhibit is a general information guide regarding the technique of reverse circulation drilling. An
informative guide valuable to our resource specialists.
Response:
Although the reverse circulation (RC) rig has not been identified for the project, we expect that
the reverse circulation rig will be truck mounted, and since the holes are less than 450 feet in
length (the holes will be inclined and not be going 450 feet vertical).
Exhibit is a reduced scale USGS topographic map showing Creede and the general vicinity of the proposed
operations. No proposed operational data other than the unexplained notation of a "site" lacking any
further description. An unreduced (or less- reduced scale) version would be valuable particularly if it
contained plots of all the access, pad information, and other operational data.
Response:
The operations plan shows the general vicinity of the proposed operations along with insets
showing the location and grading of the proposed pads.
Exhibit is a company-surveyed (?) partial topographic map of the area of proposed operations showing one
of the four drill pads. The site is unnumbered.
Response:
See the enclosed operation plan (Exhibit D) for numbering and location of each pad.
Exhibit is an illegible to barely legible company-surveyed (?) partial topographic map
similar to Exhibit G showing what appears to be the four drill pads but not clearly identified or annotated.
Exhibit is a company-surveyed (?) partial topographic map similar to Exhibits G and H apparently
intended showing some generalized aspects of the proposed reclamation plan. Actual reclamation will be
keyed to specific sites and site conditions depending on the resource disturbance.
Response:
We understand
6
