10.) A water line runs through the proposed permit area, approximate location as depicted on <br />the Mining Plan and Mining Phases maps in Exhibit C. Operator/Permittee and <br />landowners have discussed that excavation will stop at the water line and a decision will <br />be made at that time as to whether water line will be left as it currently lies and have <br />excavation continue on the north side of it, or water line will be excavated around and <br />lowered and re-buried at that time. <br />11.) J&P Trucking has applied for a Stormwater Permit. Please see enclosed Stormwater <br />Management Plan that was prepared as part of that application. Surface and <br />groundwater systems will be protected by berms. No fuels will be stored on site. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />12.) J&P Trucking commits to spreading the 1-4 inches of topsoil that will be stripped during <br />the mining operation. <br />16.) Please see enclosed Noxious Weed Control and Monitoring Plan for the site. J & P <br />Trucking commits to implementing the Noxious Weed Control and Monitoring Plan for the <br />life of the permit. <br />17.) J&P Trucking commits to reclaiming one mining phase prior to initiating mining in the <br />next phase. <br />18.) The criteria for determining when reclamation will begin for any given phase will be when <br />all desired product has been depleted from that phase, and it has been determined that <br />there will be no further disturbances within the boundaries of that phase. <br />6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map <br />19.)
