Response to CN-01 Third Adequacy Issues - June 6, 2011 <br />All of the above assume and include that all activities to be engaged in will be done <br />consistent with any permit issued to Wildcat Mining and, consistent with any permit <br />awarded by La Plata County. Wildcat Mining will perform all activities in accordance <br />with any MSHA regulations and permits <br />Adequacy Issue # 15 <br />The Division previously requested a work plan for stabilization of the illegal access road. The <br />Applicant's response has been reviewed by Division staff members Peter Hays. Please address <br />the adequacy issues identified by Mr. Hays in his attached review memorandum, dated April 28, <br />2011. <br />Response #15 <br />The work plan for the road stabilization including the design of the access road is included <br />in Attachment F. The work plan addresses Mr. Hays questions and provides supporting <br />documentation. All of the materials have been signed and sealed by licensed Colorado <br />professional engineer. Wildcat Mining has attached hereto as Attachment H a copy of its <br />response to the April 28, 2011 Hays Memorandum <br />Adequacy Issue #16 <br />The Division is reviewing the proposed Stormwater Management Plan and will identify <br />additional adequacy issues in a subsequent correspondence. <br />Response #16 <br />Attachment D is Wildcat's revised Storm Water Management Plan. Attachment includes a <br />response to Mr. Cazier's stormwater comments <br />Adequacy Issue #17 <br />The Division is reviewing the proposed work plan for repair of the collapsed portal at the May <br />Day 1 level and will identify additional adequacy issues in a subsequent correspondence. <br />Response #17 <br />Wildcat Mining is submitting a revised Portal Collapse Repair Work Plan, May Day No 1 <br />at Attachment I.
