For your convenience, I have re-stated Mr. Bird's <br />comment, and then provided a response by Wildcat Mining in bold type. <br />Adequacy Issue #1 <br />Adequate. <br />Response #1 <br />Noted. <br />Adequacy Issue 42 <br />Adequate. <br />Response #2 <br />Noted. <br />Adequacy Issue #3 <br />Geotechnical testing quarterly or every 5,000 tons, whichever occurs first, is adequate for routine <br />characterization.
