J. J. Dudash -2- June 2, 2011 <br />Soils <br />No detailed soil survey will be performed in the areas to be disturbed for the light use <br />roads or drill pads. Construction of each road and drill pad will proceed by first <br />selectively clearing brush/vegetation, removing the topsoil and stockpiling it for use in <br />later reclamation. <br />Vegetation <br />Map 9A-1 Vegetation Analysis shows vegetation boundaries for the area to be affected <br />by this revision. The dominate vegetation type is Oakbrush with some areas of Aspen <br />and undeveloped pasture. <br />Sedimentation Control <br />Through technical revision number 38, BRL incorporated into the permit typical drill pad <br />configurations and silt fence designs for the drill pads. <br />Reclamation Estimate <br />A reclamation estimate is enclosed. Amounts are provided to seal the three holes and <br />reclaim and seed the drill sites and light use roads.
