A question related to the requirements of 2.10.2 was included in Section 2.04.3 of the <br />Division's PAR Part 1. <br />Response - This question has been responded to under 2.04.3. <br />2.10.3 Specific Information Requirements <br />1. Rule 2.10.3(1)(d) requires that the permit application include a map showing the location <br />of all buildings on and within 1,000 feet of the proposed permit area, with identification <br />of the current use of the buildings. It does not appear that such map has been provided. <br />Please provide a map addressing the requirements of this rule. The Division suggests that <br />Section 2.05.3(3) may be an appropriate location for this map. <br />Response - The requested information has been provided on Map 205.3(3)-5 in <br />Section 2.05.3(3). <br />2. Rule 2.10.3(1)(e) requires that the permit application include a map showing the location <br />of surface and subsurface manmade features within, passing through, or passing over the <br />proposed permit area, including, but not limited to major electric transmission lines, <br />pipelines, and agricultural drainage tile fields. Please provide a map addressing the <br />requirements of this rule. The Division suggests that Section 2.05.3(3) may be an <br />appropriate location for this map. <br />Response - The requested information has been provided on Map 2.05.3(3)-5 in <br />Section 2.05.3(3). <br />I trust this response adequately addresses all of DRMS' comments.
