On the <br /> east side of the loadout,the graveled road was in good condition and the entrance gate was closed and locked. The <br /> light use road was passable as well. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> There were no indications of slope instability with the cut slope and fill slope of the facilities bench. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The material storage area on the northeast section of the loadout area was well organized.The fuel facility <br /> was secure and no fuel leaks were observed. Although not in operation during the inspection,no problems were <br /> observed with any of the coal handling structures. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Permit boundary markers were up around the permit boundary. Mine identification signs were up at the <br /> main entrance,east side entrance and along the road near the railroad tracks. The required information was on each <br /> sign. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.0611❑Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br /> Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The west side topsoil stockpile sign was well grassed.
