1. Performed quality control testing on slurry and backfill. Observed backfill and excavation operations. Other tests
' performed yielded results in general accordance with project specifications. Test results were reported to Al of
Compass. Prepared Daily Field Report and updated slung wall data spreadsheet.
2. Benny Siljenberg (BS) of Lyman Henn took water level readings of the three monitoring wells near the area where the
work is being performed. BS found the water level in the wells located at approximate stations of 63+70, 67+60 and
71+60 to be 6',6.2' and 10' below ground surface, respectively. BS reported these water levels to Al Sickman with
Compass.
