Kathryn Peters (KP) of Lyman Henn onsite 0700 hrs. Al informed KP that they would be doing maintenance on <br />machines and safety checks in the morning. They will not be digging until 1100 hrs. KP offsite 0745 hrs. <br />2. KP back onsite at 1130 hrs for testing and observations. Rick from Compass informed KP that only one batch of backfill <br />was made, therefore KP only took 1 backfill sample. <br />3. Performed quality control testing on slurry and Backfill. Observed backfill and excavation operations. Other tests <br />performed yielded results in general accordance with project specifications. Test results were reported to Al of <br />Compass.
