STATE OF COLORADO
Roy Romer, Govemor REFER TO
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
DIVISION OF WILDLIFE
v EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
Perry 0. I support the elimination of the woody plant standard on
the sites; especially since they are in an area of large expanses
of woody plants, and woody plants are not in any way a limiting
factor to the wildlife in the area.
There is good ground cover on the sites and the soil is stable
which was my main concern. The plants on the sites are excellent
wildlife food which we well know, considering the heavy use by both
deer and elk.
I feel that the reclamation is a success and has accomplished it's
purpose. I've enjoyed working with you, and look forward to
possibly working with you in the future.
4 Sinc. y
iDu ire, DWM
Mee er-North
cc: Dan Prenzlow
Bill Clark
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
