Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork Mines conducted by Jim Stark of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Joe Shoemaker of Moffat County Mining accompanied me on the inspection. <br /> The mine is in temporary cessation,with reduced monitoring frequencies. Moffat County Mining has been <br /> performing limited reclamation work at the site as well. The weather was cool and cloudy and it was raining off <br /> and on during the inspection. The ground was wet and muddy in spots. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> -All of the required records were contained in three ring binders that were brought to the site by Joe Shoemaker. <br /> The records are kept at the Twenty Mile Mine in Oak Creek. All of the required records were in the binders. <br /> Please see the"Availability of Records"form at the end of this inspection report for more details. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour <br /> 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling o£Acid and Toxic Materials <br /> 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> -The backfilled and regraded No. 4 Mine portal was stable at the time of the inspection. The area was well <br /> vegetated and the vegetation was starting to grow again. There was no settling, cracking or slumping noted in the <br /> backfill. No erosional problems were noted. <br /> -The reclaimed solid waste disposal area remained stable. There was no settling or slumping noted in the backfill. <br /> The area is in its third growing season. It was well vegetated and the vegetation was beginning to grow.
