t <br />r <br />.. k <br />• It is recommended that livestock be excluded from the site until such time as the site is released <br />and the bond returned. <br />• A noxious weed plan should also be developed and implemented to prevent the establishment of <br />invasive noxious weeds throughout the mining period. <br />It should be noted that some disturbance is already taking place due to the current operation of the gravel <br />pit as well as the farming and ranching activities on the property. The additional impact created by the <br />proposed amendment should be minimal.
