File: Sites <br />FIELD NAMES DESCRIPTION <br />Smithsonian Trinomial assigned to the site. <br />ID <br />SITE.NAME <br />RESOURCE.TYPE Name of the site. <br />The resource type as defined by the National Register. <br />ADDRESS The address of the resource. <br />The status of the site in regards to its eligibility to the National <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> Register. <br />ASSESSMENT.DATE The date that the assessment was made. <br />ORGANIZATION The name of the organization that recorded the site. <br />DATE <br />RECORDING The date that the site was recorded. <br />. <br />CONDITION The integrity of the site as well as if it has been tested, <br /> excavated or vandalized. <br />CONDITION.DATE Date associated with condition. <br />Unique ID number of the document in which the site is <br />SITE.DOC.ID <br /> referenced. <br />SITE.DOC The name of the document in which the site is referenced. <br />ARCHAEOLOGICAL.TYPE Type of site. <br />CULTURE The culture of the people who created the site. <br />FEATURE Features found on the site. <br />FEATURE.000NT How many of each feature type found on the site. <br />ARTIFACT Artifacts found on the site. <br />ARTIFACT.000NT How many of each artifact type found on the site. <br />ARCHITECTURE.SITE.TYPE <br />ARCH ITECTURE.ORIGINAL. USE Historic site type. <br />The original use of the building. Also may be the type of <br /> architectural site. <br />ARCHITECTURE. PRESENT. USE The present use of the building. Yet another category where <br /> the historians may have stuck the architectural site type. <br />ARCHITECTURE.STYLE Architectural style of the property. <br />ARCHITECTURE. FEATURES Features and unusual aspects of the property, i.e. gargoyles. <br />ARCHITECTURE.ARCHITECT Name of the architect of the property. <br />ARCH ITECTURE.INTEGRITY Condition of the property as compared to when it was built. <br />ARCHITECTURE. EARLY. DATE Earliest date that the property could have been constructed. <br /> If there is only an early date, then it is the exact date <br /> construction. <br />ARCHITECTURE. LATE. MERIDIAN Principal Meridian in which the site is located. <br />TOWNSHIP Township in which the site is located. <br />RANGE Range in which the site is located. <br />SECTION Section in which the site is located. <br />MAPS The names of the USGS Topographical Quadrangles on <br /> which the site is located. <br />*ZONE.EAST The zone and easting coordinate of the UTM in a ##;? <br /> where the ##; represents the zone. <br />format <br />* , <br />The northing coordinate of the UTM in a format. <br />NORTH <br />*If the site area is less than 10 acres, th en a center point is given.
