UA - Onshore Gas Number: CO-HSE-032 <br /> HSE Procedure Custodian: Colorado Operations <br /> Spill Prevention, Control and Revision: 0 <br /> Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Effective: January 2012 <br />1.0 DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT and AVAILABILITY, Continued <br />• The Document Owner will initiate the 5-year review and evaluation of the Plan. Plan <br />amendments are to be completed within six (6) months of the review. This review will <br />include at a minimum the following: <br />o Applicability of new prevention and control technology that may significantly reduce the <br />likelihood of a spill event from the Facility if such technology has been field-proven at <br />the time of the review. <br />o Accuracy of the SPCC Plan as compared to the current Facility operation and SPCC <br />Regulations. <br />o Capacity and structural integrity of secondary containment structures. <br />o Implementation of amendments is required as soon as practicable but within 6 months <br />following Plan amendment. <br />o Plan revision is required within 6 months after Facility changes such as changes in the <br />Facility's design, reconstruction, modification, operation procedure or maintenance <br />philosophy that affects the Facility's risk potential for an unplanned discharge of oil. <br />o All technical amendments to this Plan, except for changes to personnel and telephone <br />references, must be certified by a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). <br />Printed: April 7, 2011 Section I Page 14 of 71 <br />The controlled version of this "controlling document" resides online in Livelink®.
