Your response does not adequately <br />addressed the Divisions concerns. Please respond to the remaining adequacy issues described below. <br />1. Application Form Section 3.1. Please clarify the acreage to be added under Amendment AM-5. If <br />the acreage to be added is +2.0 acres, then you must submit Exhibit C Mining Plan Map depicting <br />the amended area. If the acreage to be added is as depicted on the "Amendment Application Site <br />Boundary" on Exhibit C Mining Plan, then you must submit a revised Application Form Section 3.1 <br />showing the correct acreage. <br />• Jahn Engineering response comment: The total amended area acreage is approximately <br />2.70 acres. It has been shown on Exhibit C. The revised Application Form Section 3.1 Is <br />to be completed by others. <br />2. It is an <br />annual cereal grain that might provide cover for one growing season. If the Applicant is able to <br />develop the site by next spring, minor amounts of volunteer barley may come back, but with high <br />risk of annual and possibly perennial weeds.
