I May 04/11 <br />W <br />Information dealing with the reclamation of the proposed amendment # 5 for RECEIV <br />permit 2001-085 <br />3.1 Y 05 2011 <br />P dsian ot` -? <br />1. The existing stock piled material will be removed using loaders or an excavator. ,,?eclamaton, <br />This material will be hauled off site and used as fill material. 9 and S"ffEt!' <br />There is 21,000 Cy of material that need to be removed to return the site to the original <br />grade. <br />2. After the material has been removed, the area will be scarified, disced, mulched and <br />seeded, the seed will be the mixture referenced in the Jehn Engineering letter. The time <br />required for the reclamation after the removal should less than thirty days. The disturbed <br />area to be seeded is 2.7 acres. <br />The final use of the site is for a commercial/industrial subdivision, and the grading will <br />return the site to the SE to NW slope that existed prior to stock piling. <br />See the Jehn Engineering's letter and drawings. <br />Also included in this packed, is the information from the Brighton Blade confirming <br />the required public notice and the drawings that support item 3.1 activity. <br />?
