The decision date for this application is <br />June 1, 2011. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns <br />identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an <br />extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been <br />adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been <br />requested, the Division will deny this Technical Revision. <br />In general the Technical Revision was substantially adequate; however, there are a few items that <br />will require the submittal of additional information or clarification of the existing information. <br />Inadequacies are identified under the respective exhibit heading along with suggested actions to <br />correct them. <br />3.1.10 Revegetation <br />1. The Division has reviewed the Noxious Weed Management Plan and requests the Applicant <br />submit the following information: <br />a) A list of potential noxious weeds which may be found on the site, e.g., Russian Olive, <br />Tamarisk, Canada Thistle, Leafy Spurge, etc. <br />b) A description of the weed control methods to be employed such as mechanical, chemical, <br />or biological treatment. <br />c) Specify how often the operator will monitor the site for noxious weeds (monthly, bi- <br />monthly etc.). <br />d) Provide a post treatment monitoring plan to determine control effectiveness. <br />e rv COiTii3iiuiieilt uhat IiiG wccd Cuiiti0i piuii will be for the iiie of Itie pci'iliii. <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
