April 26,2011 C-1982-057/Seneca 11-W Mine SLB <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE-Rule 4,12: <br /> Several cracks were observed around Pond 006 and the reclaimed B Pit area. Close inspection of the areas <br /> was precluded by muddy conditions and blowing snow. One crack nms along the outslope of the facilities area <br /> (above Haul Road A),roughly 75' in length. It did not appear that there had been any movement along the crack. <br /> Other cracks were visible on the northeast(inlet end)of Pond 006, roughly 50' long. Again, no movement had <br /> occurred. A small slump was observed in the B Pit reclamation,upslope of the Oil Well Access Road. The scarp <br /> is roughly 3' high, and the length is approximately 100';the toe of the slump is encroaching on the Oil Well <br /> Access Road.
