V
Decree of the Water Court
Case No. 03CW8, Water Div. 2
Transit Mix of Pueblo, Inc., et al.
Page 8
No. 36 from April through August and there was a net depletion for Priority No. 59 from April
through June and in October. During months when an average historic depletion did not occur to
the stream, the amounts of historic diversions will be left in the stream to help maintain historical
return flows.
20. The water budget results were also used to develop monthly return flow factors to

calculate future return flow obligations during months when a net accretion occurred to the stream.
The monthly return flow factors are presented in Table 3b. The return flow factors equal the
average historical monthly accretion, divided by the average historical annual diversion. Future
return flow obligations will be calculated by multiplying the return flow factor shown in Table 3b by
Table 3b - Monthly Return Flow Factors

Month Priority 27 Return
Flow Factor Priority 36 Return
Flow Factor Priority 59 Return
Flow Factor
January -0.0013 -0.0014 -0-
February -0.0001 -0.001 -0-
March -0- -0- -0-
April -0-
May
June
July -0.0266
August -0.0163
September -0.0260 -0.029
October -0.0351 -0-
November -0.0034 -0.0103 -0.0068
December -0.0014 -0.0019 -0-0.0004
15003 h/transit mix/decree 02-22-09
