Procedural history of the case. <br />1. The application in this case was filed by Transit Mix of Pueblo, Inc. on January 31, <br />2003. Continental Materials Corporation was allowed to intervene as an additional applicant by <br />order of the Court dated February 26, 2007. <br />2. With the consent of the opposers, on July 31, 2006, the Court approved Transit <br />Mix's motion to amend the application. The application and amendment to application were <br />published in the Pueblo Chieftain and in the Water Division 2 resume as required by law. <br />3. Timely statements of opposition were filed by the City of Aurora, Pueblo West <br />Metropolitan District and the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District ("Southeastern"). <br />15003 h/transit mix/decree 02-22-09
