April 26, 2011 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RDZ <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> No problems were observed at any support facilities.The areas inspected were: the East Panel Ready Line,the <br /> ANFO truck storage("the Blast Hole"),the water tanks(potable and recycle), facilities along the B/C road,and <br /> the shop/office area. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine ID and blasting signs at the main mine entrance and at the entrance near the power plant were found to <br /> be in compliance. <br /> Perimeter markers were observed(and found in compliance)in four locations: East Pyeatt drainage, Oak Gulch <br /> drainage,East Middle flume drainage, and along the west boundary. Graham Roberts noted that some markers <br /> need to be replaced west of the East Pyeatt drainage. <br /> Topsoil markers were observed for several piles; all were found to be in compliance. <br /> DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br /> First quarter 2011 Discharge Monitoring reports <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br />
