The discharge was <br /> orange in color,which has been found previously to be in compliance with water quality standards.The water <br /> level in the pond was up to about 6 inches below the horizontal pipe in the pond. <br /> The riverside berm was in place and had ample height.The collection ditch that runs parallel to the riverside berm <br /> and leads to the sediment pond had sufficient capacity. There was a little water in a couple of small low spots in <br /> the collection ditch.The hillside spring was flowing into its designed ditch and culvert that lead to the hillside <br /> spring water treatment pond.
