Runoff was being directed off the roadways and no <br /> ponding was observed on the roads. A loader&haul truck were actively removing mud and snow pile from the <br /> side of the South Taylor Haul Road. A grader was running in this area too shaping the road and blading out ruts. <br /> CCC needs to contunue shaping ditches and roadways as weather conditions allow. <br /> Lesser used access roads tend to be muddy. Weather conditions are very wet currently. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> Tony reported that CCC had been successful in completing the hand seeding of the West Pit 2010 <br /> Reclamation parcel. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine Id signs,blasting warning signs and permit boundary identification, as well as topsoil identification <br /> sign were all appropriately posted at the Section 28 Pond access road.
