The plans shall be sealed by the Engineer who <br />prepared or oversaw the preparation of the plan and who is registered as a Professional Engineer in the <br />State of Colorado <br />E. Well aquifer pump tests demonstrating reliable supply for the permitted wells proposed for the project <br />F. A comprehensive water balance for the mining operation <br />G. Comments from San Juan Basin Health regarding the septic system arrangement that will be acceptable <br />Additionally, as discussed above, a Code variance is required for the access road - for both the new <br />unpermitted portion west of the La Plata and the historic portion east of the La Plata. Please note we are <br />not requiring improvements on the historic portion of the road, although the applicant may want to consider <br />whether there are isolated areas that could be improved to address some of the most significant safety <br />issues. We are requiring that the road's limitations for routine use be thoroughly addressed including <br />identification of safe and appropriate uses of the road, and alternative emergency, rescue, and fire-fighting <br />plans in the event the grades, widths and radius prohibit fire district access. <br />Following review of the materials listed above, additional comments are likely and project conditions of <br />approval will be outlined.
