Once complete and ready for submittal, I will deliver copies to the <br />Boulder County Clerk and Recorder and proof of placement with the County Clerk, then deliver <br />copies to DRMS. <br />At the upper right corner of a revised application page (attached) is a box with the DRMS <br />question number. Also shown is the number of the modified Application Section which <br />addresses the question. A revision to the application narrative addressing the DRMS question is <br />shown in a different font. The new page should be placed in front of the page being revised. <br />The DRMS question is in italics and the responses are in normal type. Where a response to a <br />DRMS question does not require an application page revision, the response is included within <br />this document (below). The Pre-Mining and Mine Plan Maps have labeled the scale incorrectly. The maps are <br />scaled at I inch = 400 feet; however, the scale label states I inch = 200 feet. Please revise the <br />maps accordingly.
