? Pumping of concrete down the boreholes into the underground workings, where <br />the concrete will be carried to the placement location by underground transfer <br />lines <br />? Plugging and sealing of the boreholes <br />? Reclamation and restoration of all related temporary surface disturbance <br />3. All operations shall be completed no late than June 15, 2011. The site shall be <br />regraded to it's original condition by July 19, 2011. Final reclamation and seeding <br />shall be completed by October 31, 2011. <br />4. This permit is contingent upon any required permits being obtained including, but not <br />limited to CDMG Mined Land Reclamation permit and Routt County Road & Bridge <br />Department Road Access and Grading & Excavation permits. The operation shall <br />comply with all federal, State, and local laws. <br />5. The haul route shall be limited to CR27 via US 40. or other route approved by the <br />Routt County Road & Bridge Department. <br />6. Hours of operation shall be 24 hours per day, seven days per week. <br />7. The applicant shall work with the surface owner regarding the temporary construction <br />of well pad, access road, and fencing. <br />8.
