ERICH RAUBERP.E. <br />MAY DAY IDAHO MINE SITE <br />WILDCAT MINING CORPORATION <br />ORIGINAL 112(d) PERMIT APPLICATION, <br />EXHIBIT ]?-T <br />Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />The location of the man-made features is shown on Figure C-7 in Exhibit C. <br />There is no significant permanent man-made structure within 200 feet of the affected mine area of the <br />Payday Millsite and Idaho Millsite. <br />Manmade structures within 200 feet of the affected area of the Access Easement include the following: <br />• Domestic well #64367 (Applicant/Owner: O'Donnell, E.J. and M.K.); <br />• Domestic well #161515 (Applicant/Owner: Fagerlin, K.P and V.T.); <br />• Domestic well #156041 (Applicant/Owner: Linden, D.); <br />• A 15-ton bridge crossing the La Plata River (Wildcat Mining Corporation; and <br />• Boundary Fences (respective land owners) and gates (Wildcat Mining Corporation and the US <br />Forest Service). <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has offered AttachmentT-1 as a draft compensation <br />agreement to identified owners of permanent man-made structures located within 200 feet of <br />the permit boundary. Permanent man-made structures include water wells, water well protection <br />structures and fences (see figure T-1 through T-5). The compensation agreements were <br />personally delivered or sent to the owners of the manmade structures. Returned signed <br />agreements were obtained from Owest, and La Plata Electric. Fences, wells, utilities, etc <br />will be repaired or replaced if impacted.
