Be advised that any material left outside in the elements for extended
periods will need to undergo geochemical testing.
Response #3
Wildcat Mining Corporation has committed to sampling and geochemically analyzing run
of mine rock on a routine basis. The company commits to performing Acid Base
Accounting (ABA) tests on every 5,000 tons mined. In addition Wildcat Mining
Corporation has committed to performing humidity cell tests as outlined in this adequacy
response (See Response #18).
Secondary Preliminary Adequacy Issue #4
Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan; Rule 6.4.5(2)(c), item 2, page 6: The Applicant states that best
management practices will be put in place to prevent toxic or acid-forming materials migrating
offsite.
