The <br />applicant states that solid waste will be placed in the mine rock storage stope. Please describe the <br />solid waste that will be placed in that location. <br />Response #2 <br />Solid waste will be limited to mill and mine demolition debris. No liquids or biodegradable <br />(perishable) materials will be disposed underground. <br />Secondary Preliminary Adequacy Issue #3 <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan; Rule 6.4.5(2)(c), item 2, page 6: The Applicant states that run of <br />mine rock will be placed underground or adjacent to existing benches, and will be stable without <br />additional compaction. Be advised that any material left outside in the elements for extended <br />periods will need to undergo geochemical testing. <br />Response #3 <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has committed to sampling and geochemically analyzing run <br />of mine rock on a routine basis. The company commits to performing Acid Base <br />Accounting (ABA) tests on every 5,000 tons mined. In addition Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation has committed to performing humidity cell tests as outlined in this adequacy <br />response (See Response #18). <br />Secondary Preliminary Adequacy Issue #4 <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan; Rule 6.4.5(2)(c), item 2, page 6: The Applicant states that best <br />management practices will be put in place to prevent toxic or acid-forming materials migrating <br />offsite. Please describe the BMPs or state where in the application the information may be found. <br />Response #4 <br />Routine geochemical run of mine rock ABA and metal tests will be conducted on a routine <br />basis to identify materials which could be toxic or acid producing. In the event materials <br />are considered toxic or acid forming, the materials will be appropriately encased <br />underground and or in an approved environment to prevent impacts to environmental <br />resources. <br />Revised <br />4/14/2011 <br />26
