With regards to the <br />proposed augmentation pond, in accordance with Rule 3.1.6 in reference to protection of water <br />quality, the applicant must add the augmentation pond to the surface water monitoring program, <br />to allow comparison of the water quality of the pond with the quality of water to which the pond <br />might be discharged. <br />Response #1 <br />In the event the proposed augmentation pond is constructed, Wildcat Mining Corporation <br />will commit to sampling the augmentation pond on a quarterly basis.
