Supply Canal No. 1 presently runs southwesterly from the diversion point at Humbug Creek (described below) to the diversion point at Mayflower Creek (described below), thence southwesterly to the diversion point at Clinton Creek (described below), thence westerly to the north portal of the Tenmile Tunnel Extension. The Supply Canal No. 1 diverts surface flow, seepage, and run-off from watersheds above it that are tributary to Tenmile Creek at a maximum rate of 20 cfs. The Supply Canal No. 1 diverts water of Humbug Creek at the rate of 20.0 cfs on the west bank of Humbug Creek at a point whence the southwest comer of Section 18, Township 7 South, Range 78 West, 6' P.M., bears south 71°35' west 3250 feet. Supply Canal No. 1 diverts water of Mayflower Creek at the rate of 30.0 cfs on the south bank of Mayflower Creek at a point whence the northeast comer of Section 24, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M., bears south 35°17' west 16, 894 feet. Supply Canal No. 1 diverts water at the rate of 50.0 cfs from Clinton Gulch Creek on the south bank of Clinton Gulch Creek at a point whence the Northwest corner of Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M., bears north 29°40' west 2130 feet (located below Clinton Gulch Reservoir). 3.2.13 The McNulty Interceptor. The McNulty Interceptor will divert water from McNulty Creek, including the Middle and South Forks of McNulty Creek, at a maximum rate of 40.0 cfs. The McNulty Interceptor will run from a point whence the Northeast comer of Section 2, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6 h P.M. bears north 71 °40' east a distance of 1100 feet, westerly to State Highway 91, thence northwesterly to the East Tailing Delivery Line. ?J 56642.
