The Clinton Creek Flume No. 1 diverts <br />water of Clinton Creek at a maximum rate of 50.0 cfs at a point whence the Northwest corner of <br />Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. bears north 29°40' west a distance of <br />2130 feet (located below Clinton Gulch Reservoir). <br />3.2.8 The North Fork of McNulty Creek Flume. The North Fork of McNulty <br />Creek Flume diverts water of the North fork of McNulty Creek at a maximum rate of 20.0 cfs at <br />a point whence the Northeast corner of Section 2, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. <br />bears north 70°53' east a distance of 442 feet. <br />3.2.9 The Middle Fork of McNulty Creek Flume. The Middle Fork of McNulty <br />Creek Flume diverts water of the Middle Fork of McNulty Creek at a maximum rate of 20.0 cfs <br />at a pont whence the Northeast comer of Section 2, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M. <br />bears north 30°41' east a distance of 1013 feet. <br />3.2. 10 The South Fork of McNulty Creek Flume. The South Fork of McNulty <br />Creek Flume diverts water of the South Fork of McNulty Creek at a maximum rate of 20.0 cfs at <br />a point whence the Northeast comer of Section 2, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6' P.M. <br />bears north 39°35' east a distance of 1350 feet. <br />3.2.11 The East Interceptor Ditch. The East Interceptor Ditch runs northeasterly <br />from the diversion point at the North Fork of McNulty Creek (described below) along the east <br />side of Robinson and Tenmile Ponds and into Clinton Gulch Reservoir. The East Interceptor <br />Ditch diverts surface flow, seepage, and run-off from watersheds above it that are tributary to <br />Tenmile Creek at a maximum rate of 58.0 cfs. The East Interceptor Ditch diverts water of the <br />North Fork of McNulty Gulch at the rate of 20.0 cfs at a point whence the Northeast comer of <br />56642.WPD:S
