The following water rights were acquired <br />by the Applicant's predecessors-in-interest and through beneficial use were operationally <br />integrated into the Upper Tenmile Creek System and the Middle Tenmile Creek and Upper Eagle <br />River System: <br />2.5.1 Clinton Creek Ditch. The decreed point of diversion for the Clinton Creek <br />Ditch is on the west bank of Clinton Creek in the Northwest %4 of the Northeast'/4 of Section 6, <br />Township 8 South, Range 78 West of the 6th P.M., from whence the Northwest corner of said <br />township bears North 68°15' West a distance of 3166.2 feet. The Clinton Creek Ditch water <br />right was decreed as follows by the Summit County District Court on February 27, 1931 in Civil <br />Action No. 1671: <br />a. Source: Clinton Creek <br />b.
